WELCOME TO THE UNITARIAN CONGREGATION OF GUELPH Ours is a diverse faith. Each of us journeys the spiritual path alone until we join with like-minded individuals. Unitarians have been meeting in Guelph since 1960. We come together to be affirmed and renewed in spirit. We are enriched by the presence of newcomers, and invite you to join us for Sunday Services and other events. We are a lay-led congregation: every service is unique with a wide range of themes from week to week. Speakers are drawn from the membership of our congregation as well as the larger community. We meet from September to end of June.
Congratulations to UCG community members for your dedication and committment to care of the earth and greening our Sacred Space! For full information on this award visit www.greeningsacredspaces.net/waterloo The Litany of Restoration If, recognizing the interdependance of all life, we strive to build community, the strength we gather will be our salvation. If you are black and I am white, it will not matter. If you are female and I am male, it will not matter. If you are older and I am younger, it will not matter. If you are progressive and I am conservative, it will not matter. If you are straight and I am gay, it will not matter. If you are Christian and I am jewish, it will not matter. If we join as brothers and sisters, the pain of our aloneness will be lessened, and that does matter. In this spirit, we move towards community and move toward restoration. Marjorie Bowens-Wheatley
